a) Experience in at least one end to end regulatory reporting implementation

b) Expert in MS Excel and Macro

c) Good knowledge of Banking and Securities products

d) Basic Understanding of Basel Regulations

e) Good knowledge in Finance and Accounting

f) Should understand the trade and loan life cycles

g) Proficiency in SQL

h) Ability to understand Data Sourcing Requirements

i) Ability to understand Data Transformation, Data Mappings, Data Model, Normalization (& De

              Normalization)

j) Preferable to have prior experience in working for Data Intensive programs in Banking or 

               Financial Services

k) Good oral and written communication skills

l) Leadership qualities particularly in respect to prioritization and execution
