Job description:
They person will help the Engineering Managers on the team for various
activities such as -
Engaging Amex backend teams
Coordinate test account setup activities
Organize / facilitate meeting with backend teams
Do follow ups with backend team
Publish meeting minutes
Maintaining our dashboard
Publishing a lot of our knowledge and learning to centralized Confluence page
Help with following up on RFCs/Installs
Work closely with Engineering managers ensuring nothing falls through the
cracks when it comes to information/expectations.
Facilitating certain ceremonies when needed - Standup
