• BPM Team is looking for an Technical Analyst with experience working on BPM projects
• Gather requirements, document the "To Be process" and work with SME's on implementation
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have experience in Agile/Scrum teams, experience creating user stories is required
• Person will be taking the requirement, turning them into Features, creating User Stories and defining the success criteria
  
• Experience with Business Process Improvement, someone that can remove the complexity to the process, experience building Business Cases. 
• Using Rally, Confluence and Bit Bucket

Responsibilities

• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. 
  
• Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
  
• Utilizing structured analysis techniques, formulate systems scope and objectives that provide solutions to business problems. 
  
• Conduct structured analysis according to SDLC standards and prepare analysis documentation, including User Stories, Use Cases, or other requirements documentation.
  
• These documents serve as input to the creation of program specifications, test plans, user and system documentation, and training development and are used in all subsequent phases of the project life cycle.
