Demonstrated advanced knowledge for designing, planning, estimating, scoping, setting expectations, testing and implementing solutions while managing risk

Proven ability to facilitate change management activities aimed at consistent adoption of agile best practices and continuous improvement across the organization

Proven ability to lead a team to self-organization

Strong ability to lead a team including but not limited to Application Architects, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, DevOps and Developers. Strong ability to collaborate with other departments to establish and guide a cross-functional project team to achieve objectives with quality and on time.

Basic understanding of fundamentals of software development processes and procedures

Proven ability to understand the value of commitments to deliver made by a development team
