Job Description:


  • Education :
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer, Information Systems or a closely related field from an accredited institution of higher education in the U.S. or its equivalent. We prefer candidates with Scrum Master Certification.

  • Qualifications:

    Must have 3+ years IT experience

    Must have 2+ years experience in a software development and/or testing environment.

    Must have 1+ years of Scrum Master experience.

    Must have direct experience with a Scrum team following the guidance contained in The Scrum Guide.

    Must possess a BA/BS in a related field or equivalent qualification

    Must have experience overseeing project teams with at least 8 team members.

    Must have exceptional written and verbal communication and time management skills.

    Must be self-motivated, organized, self-confident and self-directing with a proven ability to identify priorities and mobilize initiatives in an orderly fashion to achieve desired results with minimal supervision.

    Must be effective and efficient in identifying and proposing creative, innovative solutions to complex, time-critical challenges.

    Must possess excellent situational awareness and an ability to remain calm under pressure and be cognizant of how you are perceived.

    Must have a demonstrated passion for software development and track record of delivering business value through successful project management, implementation, and support.

    Leverages “management by walking around” to cut through lines of vertical communication, emphasizing the importance of interpersonal contact, building trust and relationships, open appreciation and recognition, removing blockers, making work less formal and increasing team motivation.

    Demonstrated ability to build business relationships and gain the trust of others, while embracing constructive feedback.

    Experience in developing and executing plans, meeting deadlines under tight time constraints.

    Open to changing business conditions, technology and system changes.

    An innate ability to make decisions based on little information, identify if a decision may be deferred, and emphasize the importance of self-organized teams directly influencing or making the decision.

    Able to balance tolerance of imperfection with a rigorous need for timely, effective outcomes.

    Demonstrated ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve conflicts across workgroups.

    Excellent team building, group facilitation and coaching skills.

    Excellent interpersonal skills including organizational, issue resolution, and customer relationship management skills and an ability to work with diverse personality types.

    Hands-on experience in the proactive, passionate improvement of software development process and practices to optimize business value delivery.

    Preferred to be a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent.

    Preferred to have hands-on project management experience in an Agile environment.

    Preferred to have experience with distributed development teams which span multiple geographies, time zones and cultures.

    Preferred to have direct experience in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.

    Preferred to have experience in a retail environment.
