• Job Description:BSASPEC Inc. has a job opening for ETL BUSINESS ANALYST. Job located in Florida & various unanticipated locations in the US.

  Extract and document data migration and real-time interface requirements;

  Work with the InFact Team to ensure that these requirements are implemented correctly;

  Coordinate with testing team to test the data migration and real-time interfaces;

  Facilitate, analyze and capture business terms, concepts, and relationships across the enterprise domains of Client;

  Organize and present ideas, frame issues and offer viable alternatives for competing solutions;

  Perform Data Governance Engagement, Initiate and Analysis activities. These will include,

  interviewing business experts, capturing their current processes, issues and requirements;

  Work with technical teams in the data dictionaries, data mappings, and business rule capture;

  Design and implement Data Program enrichment, validation, and standardization;

  Work with a variety of C2C project teams in their Data Classifications for Security and Compliance;

  Require communication in large meetings, private interviews, through Intranet Portals, general project e-mails, and individualized responses;

  Train, mentor and collaborate with Client Data Stewards;

  Run data profiles with multiple usage patterns; and

  Assist Steering Committees to Develop Data quality report cards for Data Governance Council reports.
