The business process analyst sr. will be
responsible for the creation of processes, desk levels, policies/procedures and
creating any supporting documentation for the operational areas
Top 3 skills:
- Resource must have at least a 5 plus years of working
experience ideally in the healthcare industry
- Prior experience with drafting processes using
Microsoft Visio is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills including written,
verbal, listening, and presentation with great attention to detail
- Experience with handling multiple assignments and
conducting sessions with a large group of people
- Ability to take direction from multiple people and
shuffle priorities with ease
- Ability to work within strict deadlines and perform
thorough follow ups and efficiently complete assignments
- Should demonstrate a self-starting mindset with an
ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Great time management and business skills are essential
for the fast paced and constantly changing environment
- Ability to multitask and successfully work on multiple
assignments with ease
- Willingness to ask questions while following directions
