We’re looking for a self-motivated team player with good analytic skills, attention to detail, and interest in examining and streamlining the processes and coming up the process excellence and business development initiatives to meaningfully impact business objectives.
This position is part of the Process Improvement group and is expected to focus on three major areas: Process excellence, Client Management, Training, and Development. The Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the processes and leading a team of internal staff and Analysts to ensure efficient operations. Under limited supervision, provides research and analysis in support of the evaluation and oversight of operations initiatives and strategic programs. He / She would be responsible to train the analysts as required. Also would be contributing towards the client relationship management and business development.
Oversee day to day activities within the organization
Coordinate with the leadership to ensure the organization is moving towards its goals and objectives
Study and streamline the processes to make them efficient
Communicate and gather the information about issues/problems faced by the organization
Design solutions to overcome the problems and improve efficiency
Build relationships with the existing and prospective clients thereby contributing to the organizational growth
Identify areas f improvement and works towards them
Assess the training needs of the associates and develop Learning and development strategies
Design, plan and ensure delivery of the required training within the organization’s budget and scope
Monitor and evaluate the training programs to help improve the analyst’s performance within the organization and also at client location
Education: Bachelor’s degree. Preferred education: Master’s degree in related field
Should have a minimum of 3 years of experience handling client relationships and developing strategies and minimum 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst
Should be well versed with the management principles and be able to apply them to help the organization move towards its strategic goals.
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal / written
Should possess good knowledge of various concepts related to business analysis
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and demonstrated proficiency with spreadsheet applications and other skills related to Business Analysis tools is preferred
Strong mathematical aptitude and analytical skills required, with exceptional logical thinking
Strong attention to detail, accuracy and the analytical ability to solve problems and issues
