Job Description:

• Must be customer service oriented and have exceptional analysis skills
• Strong Business Analysis and Project Coordination experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills is required to work directly with business units to support ongoing activities
• Experience gathering requirements for business units and ability to ask appropriate questions
• Experience with Web Applications
• IBM/ Websphere Content
• Front-end web-based applications 
• Excellent documentation skills (user stories, sequence of events, requirements) 
• Ability to problem solve and be proactive in identifying & solving problems/process improvement
• Identify & Track issues experience
• Testing
• Excellent interpersonal and follow up skills
• This is not a role for someone who likes to simply take requirements from business teams and document. The successful candidate is someone who is able to ask appropriate questions to ensure proper requirements are received.
