Job Description:

• Education :
  Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems or a closely related field from an accredited institution of a higher education in the U.S. or its equivalent.
• As a Product Owner you will be responsible for capturing business requirements from stakeholders and converting them to IT deliverables, system enhancements, and new features.
• In this position you will:

  Be an active member of an Agile software development team.

  Be accountable for communicating the product needs with business partners and development staff and work directly with development teams to clarify requirements and approve completed work.

  Collaborate with stakeholders during concept development/validation of a product(s) and solutions.

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business partners and stakeholder management for a product(s).

  Develop and manage product backlog of MMFs, Features, Defects, and User Stories.

  Monitor project status and provide demos to stakeholders and prioritize project backlog based on ever changing customer/business feedback.

  Be willing to work off shift hours, for example early morning and/or late night

• What Skills you need:

4+ years project management experience.

4+ years’ experience gathering requirements for large scale applications.

3+ years of software delivery.

3+ years of Agile software development process experience.

1+ years of experience working on agriculture related software applications.

Experience with direct interaction with customers and User Experience professionals in order to develop concepts into full solutions and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience.

Experience in roles that required demonstration of negotiation, interpersonal communications, and conflict resolution skills.

Demonstrated ability to work on several projects/programs simultaneously.

Experience in roles that required demonstration of excellent analytical and problem solving ability.

Experience working with off-shore development teams.
