Job Description:

1) Scrum Master-Candidate must have 3+ years as a Scrum Master. Need to be able to facilitate stand ups, write scrum stories, drive and execute 3 week sprints, execute scrum report cards, and execute with velocity. Must be able to provide mentoring to team members, feedback/areas of improvement/ and participate in organizational change necessary to align resources and their new agile roles

2) Excellent Communication Skills-Need a Scrum Master that can effectively work with and communicate with several development teams and business stake holders.

3) IT Project Experience/Previous Agile Experience

Job Description:

Our client has a company wide initiative to move to agile methodology. Since the beginning of this year, they have implemented 6-7 project teams, and they need a Scrum Master to come in and drive these projects. Since Agile is new for for this client, this person is going to jumping into these project, and need to pick up and hit the ground running. These teams are already in sprint, and they are not getting the results they need. Candidate will be in charge of facilitating daily stand ups, groom stories for the next sprint, drive 3 week sprints, and be able to jump in and effectively communicate with all developers/stakesholders on the team.

Project is for a web portal implementation. They are moving from websphere to liferay. Need a Scrum Master to oversee and drive this implementation by having daily standups, and bi weekly sprints with development teams (Internal, and external vendors).
