Job Description:

EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

 

·  5+ years of experience managing marketing, CRM or customer databases-preferably within or working closely with the CRM/Marketing organization.

·  Proficient on SQL, Oracle, Access, Excel (macros)

·  Previous experience with Microstrategy.

·  Must be familiar with all phases of software application testing, specifically UAT to help create use cases and scripts for QA department

·  Experience with both structured and unstructured data and analytics to drive a personalized customer experience and marketing automation.

·  Candidate must be a self-starter and able to take on the role of primary project manager for key projects.

·  Flexibility and ability to juggle multiple projects and changing priorities in a fast-paced, customer centric environment.

·  Excellent analytical thinking, problem solving, organizational and time management skills.

·  Excellent communication skills with an ability to gather requirements and provide training to non-technical user.

·  Capable of reducing large multi-dimensional data sets into more manageable, insightful, and interpretable data. Must have in-depth knowledge of database structure and how data flows between systems.
