Role

Liaison Product Owner and align on every single detail of the business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements and enable the Product team to develop relevant, high quality product releases in fields such as electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming within the podcasting domain and marketplace system.

 

Responsibilities

  • Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
  • Design new products and modules by analysing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications in Liaison with Product owner.
  • Improve products by studying current practices; designing modifications.
  • Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Facilitate Scrum Collaborations with Scrum Master / Project Manager.
  • Groom User Stories with Product Owner and Business Analyst.
  • Coordination with design team for UI / UX of the solutions
  • Create non-functional wireframes for inputs to business owners and development team.
  • Participate with QA team for creation of Requirement Traceability Matrix.
  • Participate in verification activity of each key sprint / iteration / milestone release.
  • Generate user manuals.
  • Find methods to effectively manage the product backlog.
  • Help communicate the owner’s wish list to the project team.
  • Arrange and optimize product backlog.
  • Organize scrum ceremonies as necessary.
  • Coach Teams in Project Management Best Practices
  • Implement changes and steps to increase the team’s productivity.

 

Skills Required

Must Have:

  • 8+ years’ experience in Systems & Solutions analysis, design and planning.
  • Prince 2 / PMP certification / Scrum Certification
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Extremely handy with tools like Visio & Axure for designs and UML documentation.
  • Thorough understanding of Agile processes, especially Scrum.
  • Team Player.
