Required Skills:

·              Min experience of 3-5 years in Insurance (Life & Health) domain knowledge in the areas of New Business, Agency & Distribution, Commission

·              Experience in end to end System implementation (min of 1 complete cycle)

·              Experience in translating business requirements into functional requirements

·              Good hands on knowledge on tools such as Visio, PowerPoint

·              Strong written & verbal skill

·              Basic understanding of relationship DB

Job Description:

·              Lead requirement workshops to gather TO-BE state needs

·              Documenting current state & future state functional & interface specifications

·              Document future state business process

·              Collaborate with users in developing business rules

·              Translate functional requirements into system configuration and collaborate with product team

·              Perform functional gap analysis

·              Support requirements understanding during UAT

·              Participate in UAT & execution

·              Work as liaison between business & engineering team
