This person will serve as a Scrum Master within the Digital team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide servant leadership for 1 or more Scrum Teams
• Facilitate team ceremonies – specifically Daily Stand-up, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Sprint Demo, and Sprint Retro
• Participate and provide updates in train ceremonies – specifically ART sync and Program Grooming
• Participate and drive execution in PI Planning Events
• Monitor, coach, and remove impediments to support day to day team activity

Desired Traits:

·         Past history working with customer facing mobile applications

·         Past history working within the SAFe framework

·         Past history working with UX / UI resources

·         Past history working with DevOps groups

 Required Skills and Abilities

A qualified candidate will possess the following

Technical Skills

• In depth knowledge of Agile principals
• In depth knowledge of the SAFe framework

General Skills

• Communication – Proven track record of facilitating team level ceremonies and ability to demonstrate working knowledge of how to interact at the train level
• Project team leadership skills – Proven track record of successful delivery over the course of multiple Sprints.
• Scrum Master experience – At least 1 year of experience working as a Scrum Master; ability to demonstrate working knowledge of the SAFe framework
