Description: Looking for a Business Systems Analyst
that has experience with the following high-level Business Capabilities:

Credit Card Payments – Paying off Credit Card Debt.

Credit Card Monetary Settlement.
The Business System Analyst II is responsible for supporting the
completion of multiple projects and performing business analyst duties typically
under the supervision of a program/project/scrum manager. The Business System
Analyst II will review business processes in order to gain a complete
understanding of current procedures, identify improvements, document those
processes, and be the liaison between the business and technology areas.
Business System Analyst II gathers and document requirements and/or write and
user stories for approved projects. Candidate will possess planning, problem
solving, communication and analytical skills and must be able to work in a fast
paced and collaborative environment. Strong organizational skills are required.
May serve as a key member of an agile scrum team and participates in the
creation of industry-leading applications for various mobile, web, Java and .net
platforms. Solves organizational information problems, analyses requirements
and defines/grooms features and stories within an Agile / Scrum methodology.
Serves as a subject matter expert to ensure the final product aligns with the
requirements.
Key Accountabilities
· Supports
multiple projects or single complex projects within a domain, and provides
ongoing support from inception to completion
· Coordinate
and document business requirements, use cases, and changes to business process
based on feedback from Subject Matter Experts, including Product Management
· Take
high-level requirement concepts and drill into appropriate detail required for
technology
· Lead
requirements capturing sessions as well as requirement document review, driving
consensus across requirements
· Ensures
requirements documents meet client, contractual and usability requirements
· Conducts
business analysis, process mapping, process re-engineering and mock-ups
· Create and
document traceability matrices
· Participate
in requirements sessions (i.e, Progressive Elaboration) to identify user
stories
· Create,
groom and maintain the project feature and story backlog in addition to any
changes to those requirements
· Participates
in joint design sessions to groom and document features and stories
· Create
feature and story backlogs that are clear and straightforward
· Assists
the Tech Leads with flow diagrams, tables, mock-ups and other methods to ensure
features and stories are presented without ambiguity when designing the
solution
· Analyzing
requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system
capabilities; writing specifications
· Improves
systems by studying current practices
· Recommends
controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures
· Maintains
system protocols by writing and updating procedures
· Knowledge
transfer as reference for users by writing and maintaining user documentation
· Work with
Product Owner to decompose features into stories
· Identify
dependencies across applications to support feature decomposition and story
definition
· Provide
SME support on requirements throughout entire software delivery lifecycle
· Manage to
overall schedule and meet or exceed project deadlines
· Identify,
raise and escalate issues, where appropriate
· Builds
strong working relationships with key stakeholders
· Coordinates
demos for business stakeholders to share development progress throughout the
project lifecycle
· Supports
the activities of project teams to ensure quality and timeliness of project
completion
· Provide
support of Project Manager activities such as sending status reports, leading
project meetings, reviewing project financials and timesheet billing, tracking
deliverables and updating project plan, producing presentations for
stakeholders, when required
· Own the
communication of ongoing changes to requirements and functionality
appropriately across the team
· Adhere to
Agile/SDLC Methodology, ensure Project Requirement documentation has the
necessary approvals to comply with SDLC and meet audit standards
· Contribute
to, and use best practice approaches and standards
· Responsible
for identifying and implementing continuous improvement and best practices in
the project life cycle within and across industry segments
· Performs
daily administrative tasks including time management, training and other duties
as required
Stakeholder Management and Leadership
· The BA
will interact with a variety of stakeholders depending on the project (s) the
individual is assigned to support. The majority of the interactions will be
with key resources in Technology and business/operational stakeholders
representing the AE.
· The BA
will need to have excellent communication and documentation skills to ensure
effective engagement with stakeholders.
Decision-making and Problem Solving
· The BA
will be driving requirement gathering sessions, and working to address
conflicts between stakeholders to obtain consensus on solution.
· The BA
role requires strong problem solving and analytical skills in order to develop
scalable solutions that meet business and Technology requirements.

Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full
compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management
Framework and internal Barclays Policies and Policy Standards.
Qualifications/Skills:

· Bachelor’s
