Description:
Responsibilities:
• Conduct
data analyses and subsequently develop and implement reporting in partnership
with the Business Intelligence team
• Partner
with customer experience and IT teams to design and implement customer KPIs
• Develop
insights that serve to inform decisions as directed by the Chief Client Officer
Requirements:
• 5-7 years
of Business Analyst experience
• 5+ years’
experience in CRM and/or retail operations
• Strong
understanding of KPIs/metrics/attributes related to direct-to-consumer data
• Familiarity
with SQL e.g. writing queries to ensure attributes are correctly calculated
• Proficiency
in requirements gathering and strong documentation skills
• Strong
communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through collaboration with
cross-functional teams
• Committed
to working in a fast-paced and highly-collaborative environment
• Previous
reporting tools experience: MicroStrategy (preferred), Tableau, or Cognos
Pluses:
