Job Description:
Drive efforts to define business
& functional requirements for New Programs to be launched on our client’s
platforms
Analyze & develop issues/gap
analysis for committed Migration programs with recommendations to address
identified challenges
Work with Business leads to
identify changes in capabilities/benefits associated with planned migrations;
assist in developing relevant communication materials
Serve as key resource to educate
Project Managers/delivery team re: solutions to be implemented; work with PM to
provide day-to-day direction to assigned migration team
Help coordinate activities
between technical staff, system users, end user organizations, developers,
system administrators, and managers
Agile / Scrum Experience
Very fast paced environment with
tight client deadlines
Effective time management and
organizational skills
Strong interpersonal management,
communication and problem resolution skills
