Responsible for the modernization and maintenance of sales systems and business intelligence capabilities. We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, highly analytical and has a passion for continuous improvement. Additional responsibilities include: •Identify, design and implement process and system improvements to create efficiencies across the sales support team •Interview other subject matter experts, technical teams and end users to document processes •Recommend and set standards to improve quality of data and speed of analysis.

1. Managing systems used during selling process (SalesForce)
2. Analytics – Results driven sales, how to be more efficient to hit plans and goals
3. Compensation Systems – Optymyze, this is a brand new software they are standing up and will be using to pay sales team.

#3 will be their primary focus for this project along with some other smaller projects.  He needs experience in the Sales Compensation World, Optymyze software would be great but hard to find.  Someone that has a process background, sales systems, leading project solutions, along with SalesForce data quality.  Analytical tools like SQL and Tableau are great to have, he isn’t looking for a developer but if they have managed projects with these tools even better.
